Penthouse at Spring @ Katong reaps $2.06 mil profit

The unit sold on Jan 29 is the initial flat at Robinson Suites to shift hands since last September when a 614 sq ft unit got $1.45 million ($2,363 psf).
This is one of the most profitless resale deal that has recently taken place at Robinson Suites to date, formed on information gathered on EdgeProp Research.
