Coliwoo opens its 15th co-living property in Singapore at Pasir Panjang
The Pasir Panjang Road real estate spans 16,626 sq ft and is a freehold estate. Formerly the location of the Pasir Panjang Inn hotel, the group obtained the building vacant.
Coliwoo prepares to open up extra co-living buildings in different areas next year, consisting of River Valley Roadway, Rangoon Roadway, Balestier Road, Lavender Avenue and Arab Avenue.
The new property is lower than 500m from the National University of Singapore and around 1km from Curtin University. Placed for accessibility, it is a quick trip from Mapletree Business City, Science Park, and the CBD via Ayer Rajah Expressway, West Coast Freeway, and Keppel Viaduct. The vicinity also supplies closeness to West Coast Park, Hort Park, and Southern Ridges.
Coliwoo has recently launched its 15th co-living property, the Coliwoo Hotel Pasir Panjang, a four-storey building at 404 Pasir Panjang Road. The brand, a co-living branch within the realty management solutions team LHN Group, disclosed in its announcement last September that it had acquired the Pasir Panjang property for $30 million.
The spaces on the Pasir Panjang property are developed with nautical motifs, including light grey tones and vibrant marine blue shades to show the seaside connections of the place. All bedrooms are self-contained studio units with assistance services, consisting of a self-service mobile application, an onsite assistant and housekeeping services.
Chong Ching Yeng, chief business officer of Coliwoo, says that the brand is excited to increase its co-living portfolio throughout the city fringe complying with the launching of Coliwoo Hotel Gay World. “Noting the demand among students and working professionals for lasting yet adaptable stays, Coliwoo Hotel Pasir Panjang boasts convenience and ease of access free from compromising on quality, especially via its top area in the heart of Pasir Panjang.”
