Riverside apartments at London’s Triptych Bankside launched for sale in Singapore

Savills Singapore is advertising the sale of high-end flats in the East Building of Triptych Bankside in London.

“As Triptych close to completion, clients can really see how Triptych will definitely materialize with its elegantly designed structures being in a landscaped park setup. The overall project makes up two residential towers of 14 plus 18 floors, an 85,000 sq ft office space building, and 29,000 sq ft of market, wellness, and social areas. The units for sale are part of the East Building which includes 79 deluxe apartments. Prices start from GBP995,000 for a one-bedroom condo.

“All 169 residences include private outside terrace areas with tranquil views, making Triptych Bankside a desirable South Bank lifestyle home,” says Wong.

Available facilities inside Triptych Bankside include numerous exclusive receptions, recreation rooms, a private 14-seat internal movie theater, a 24-hour function including concierge, and communal landscaped yards.

So far this year, the development has indeed clocked up around GBP150 million worth of residential sales.
